Just incredibly powerful phone with a massive step up from my older phone’s battery. Also the craftsmanship on this phone is incredible.
Reviewing it after 1 month use. It’s a small screen phone since I was looking for smaller screen size so I am happy. Battery life is decent. Touch and display is Apple quality standards so it’s perfect. I am happy investing money in this phone. Worth it
Never ever buy an apple product from Amazon. They tell you that a retur / replacement is applicable but will never initiate your return or replacement. the screen arrived dead and when requested for a replacement they denied by telling that it is not applicable unless i get a service denial report from Apple click here.
I got the service denial report and got it checked and verified on the call by uploading it immediately from the Apple Service centre and was told that the delivery person will pickup the device in 48hr.
When i called amazon again after a day on what the update us, they told that we will not inititae the replacement as the image is blurred. Mind it this came from the same delivery executive who approved my replacement. N when called again, this time they tell that there is no stamp from Apple. When I got in touch with Apple, apple said that they never stamp any bills.. and amazon kept asking me for stamp click here.
When asked about this the customer care was only rude to me and kept cutting my calls. The said " we will not initiate your refund, do what ever you want" and when asked about who i was speaking to, they told I will not tell and i wil not give any information to you. I have all the calls recorded with me. Please let me know if anyone can help me.
iphones stubbornly sick to ios,apple store itunes, and hence much cumbersome &complicated than android
Everything is working wonderful in this phone after 3 moths working like new one . Excellent photo , videos and features wao. Must buy this . I bought in April I phone mini 128 gb very satisfied click here.
